From setting up the pre-application meetings with the appropriate government authorities to finished planning and permitting, and all drawings and permits required to complete your project. In 20 years of planning and permitting, Mr. Lewis has never been denied a permit. We specialize in site plan permitting in Manatee County, City of Bradenton and the City of Palmetto, Florida. However we can also permit in other municipalities upon request. Having worked with the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) for years permitting all kinds of projects, LCS has an excellent relationship with this agency, and receives fast turn-around times. Smaller projects will normally permit within a few weeks. LCS is listed as a consultant on the SWFWMD website. LCS has worked extensively with Code Enforcement Actions of all levels. Everything from someone building a utility shed on the weekend to 15,000 sq ft renovations without a site plan or building permit. LCS has never failed to satisfy the code enforcement staff. Mr. Lewis is recognized as an expert in his fields by several different courts of law.
