Be the envy of all the guys that you know with this Redneck Man Cave. This building is 10' wide by 16' long with an 7'-8" ceiling height. It is made using polyurethane foam filled metal framed structural insulated panels with a fiberglass matte on each side, that are 3 5/8" thick and have a R-23 min. insulation value. Play the ball game or your music as loud as you like because your neighbors will never hear it. Can also be used as a mother in-law's quarter, storage building, hunting camp, ice fishing lodge, job site office or many other uses. Great for an instant addition to your existing structures.

This building can be certified by a Florida structural engineer for 150 mph winds.
Easily transportable. Weighs approximately 1500 lbs.
Easily installed. This unit can be mounted on wood skids, a concrete slab or anchored directly on level ground using mobile home type screw in the ground anchors.
Can be purchased "bare bones" as you see in the pictures, ready to finish on a weekend by you and your buddies or in kit form ready to assemble with the required tools: a wrench and a drill.
We can install the windows, door, air/heat unit and electrical to your specs as well as any other amenities such as a kitchen or bathroom  for an additional amount.

This system is so easy a Monkey could do it...
